JOB: General cleaning, Housekeeping and Errand job at STPS (T).
NOTE: (i) PLEASE QUOTE RATE IN item rate BASIS including 'OVEHEAD PROFIT AND OTHER CHARGES' IN THIS BOQ/PRICE BID SHEET. The agency should not quote this part less than minimum 'Wage' wef 01.07.2024. Unless, the respective bid shall liable for cancellation. During quote, this is important to note that the agency will always have to pay prevailing minimum wages (as per latest Govt. Circular and/or MOS) to all the workers as applicable for total contract period of 08 months. But, NO REIMBURSEMENT shall be payable to the agency anytime for the above. So, Agency has to quote accordingly considering this as well as for any future escalation/modification of wage structures, benefits applicable due to act of Government/Local bodies, Personal Protective Equipments(PPEs), ESI/insurance premium for workmen’s compensation, premium i.r.o. Group Personal Accident Policy, labour license etc. whatsoever all complete during the entire contractual period of 08 months. For better clarity, bidder may communicate with the STPS HR&A dept. before quote for this tender.Please remember the rate quoted in item rate basis in the tender shall remain unaltered & SAME till end of the contract period of 08 months.
