Hiring of JCB/ excavator for removal of slips and boulders in all kind of soil including rocky portion and saturated soil and disposing of all excavated earth or unserviceable material from the road surface upto any lead and lift as per direction of Engineer incharge. The machine/ JCB should work minimum 8 hours from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Daily and remove at least 25 cumtr quantities of slips per hour. Any loss to the public property or any accident etc if happened during the course of hiring period/ execution shall be the absolute responsibility of JCB/ excavator owner, which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The fuel and operational staff for machine will be provided by the owner. The repair and spare, watch and ward of machine will be born by the contractor/ owner. The daily log book has to be maintained at site which should verified by the Engineer Incharge.
