The scope of the work includes demolishing the existing cement concrete floor, water proofing, supplying and stacking stone aggregate, laying ceramic floor tiles

The scope of the proposed work includes providing and fixing false ceiling with gypsum plain board, providing and fixing wall paneling with PVC wooden grains, providing horizontal zebra blinds, supplying furnitures including revolving chairs etc

Maintenance of the existing building of KSRTC bus stand Ernakulam and renovation works.

Urgent maintenance work is essential in NGO staff quaters at perumbavoor since all the quaters except one is fully allotted to the government servants.Hence running contract is proposed for the type 1 and 2 quaters.
