Supply, Fabrication, Transportation,Erection, Painting,Testing and commissioning of 04 nos Trace Rack (size- 5200mm x 1750mm) including Embedded parts consisting of Wall Liner (Middle Plate), Wall Liner(U/s,D/s), Base support channel, Back Supporting Plate (Ø14 Hole), Side SS seat (U/s) etc.(2.161 MT) , gate leaf consisting of Fixed vertical trash rack consisting of Vertical stiffner plate, Horizontal girder, End vertical girders, lifting brackets, lifting pin, thrust pad, pad base, guide shoe etc(5.648MT),Bought out Materials Bolts, Nuts Studs, washers etc.-96kg.,Split Pin-08 Nos.,Thrust Pad(bronze)-16 Nos., Lifting Pin Ø40 x 90 long-04 Nos., Grease-2 kg.,Stainless steel flat- 156 kg. also required bolt & fasteners, fixture, labour, cutting, alignment, welding, cleaning, finishing with supply of bronze pad,grease and gear oil, anchor Bars, split pin with all accessories including consumables like- electrodes, grease, lubricants etc.complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation of sluice gate as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam,side seal,track and guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder, lifting bracket, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting, cross beam, base plate etc. of total weight around 610.037kg for 1No. of gate as per specification and approved drawings with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam,side seal,track and guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder, lifting bracket, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting, cross beam, base plate etc. of total weight around 1966.87kg for 3Nos. of Scouring Sluice gates and 2 Nos of HR Gates as per specification and approved drawings with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance Work of 4 nos of gate for both Left HR and right HR to be a.Dismantling and Changing of Guide channels,Sillbeams,Gate leaves etc. b.Greasing and Painting of Stationary and Movable elements of all 4 Gates. c.Replacement of Screw rod and Stem rod of Emergency Gate at Left HR.d.Erection of Gate Leaf and Hoist. Supply of following bought out materials for 2 nos. of Emergency Gates and 2 nos of Service Gates -Bottom Rubber Seal mould neoprene of size 75mm×10 mm Flat type (IS:11855) 0.86 m 4 nos, Side and top Rubber Seal Ø 32 mm ×10mm×80 mm width(IS:11855) 12.64 m , Single Thrust Ball Bearing SKF 51216 or equivalent 4 nos, CSK Bolts, Hex Bolts, Screws, Nuts, Washer 148 kg, Grease (Total EIf Multis XL 3) and Gear Oil-12kg, LTB-1 Bronze Pad of size (80x30x120mm-16 Nos,Anchor bar-32 Nos, Restraining arrangement Bush-4 nos,Bush clamp-8 nos, Bronze bush for worm shaft-4 nos,63 mm dia screw rod-2.8m,63mm dia plain stem rod-5m,MS Flange Coupling-2 Nos,40 mm dia lifting Pin-4 nos, operating handle suitablefor wormshaft-4 Nos,The work includes cost of all materials, and labours,hire charges of tools and tackles,cost of all consumables and conveyance completed in all respect.
