Hiring and running charges of Trawler with adequate capacity of mooring at various Lighthouse in Northern group of A & N Islands(from East Island to North Brother Lighthouse) worksite, minimum gross tonnage 40 Tons ,Hull Type: Steel vessel with LOA 18 m Minimum including the cost of fuel, port fees, safety equipment’s, insurance, onsite maintenance & Service charges, idle charges, operator & helpers with experience in working challenging mid sea working condition water, anchor handling, risk management, rescue and all other charges etc. complete. As and when required

Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete work (CC 1:3:6 / 1:2:4)of foundations, Coping, DPC etc and stacking of serviceable materials for reuse and disposing the unserviciable materials within a lead of 100 m including supply of all labours, tools & plants and finishing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Up to 21m height)

Planning, preparation of Architectural Drawings including master plan layout plan of spaces,Exterior 3D view . electrical plan, Detailed Architectura design, lanscaping, layout of water supply, drainage as per the requirement for development of buildings , RADAR tower , compound wall & allied facilities at Atlanta point & shore point and submission of soft & hardcopies of drawings including the cost of skilled manpower, sofware, etc complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and all as directed including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.(for proposed outside approach pathway)
