Tenderkart is a digital SaaS subscription platform for government tender discovery, alerts, analytics, competitor intelligence, tender document access, and AI-assisted tender filing. Customers can cancel or choose not to renew their Tenderkart subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund the current subscription period.
Subscriptions purchased through the Tenderkart Android app are managed by the Google Play Store. You can cancel renewal through your Google Play subscriptions settings.
Subscriptions purchased through the Tenderkart iOS app are managed by the Apple App Store. You can cancel renewal through your Apple ID subscriptions settings.
For subscriptions purchased through the Tenderkart website, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email, transaction details, subscription plan, and cancellation request.
We typically respond within 24-48 hours during business days. For monthly, quarterly, and annual website subscription plans, cancellation stops future billing or renewal where applicable, and paid access generally remains active until the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility for website payments is handled under our Refund Policy, including duplicate payments, payment deducted but access not activated, and technical or billing errors.
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
After cancellation, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the active subscription period. Tenderkart may suspend or terminate access earlier in case of misuse, fraudulent payment activity, unlawful use of the platform, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility, request timelines, and processing timelines are described in our Refund Policy.
