Welcome to Tenderkart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, tender discovery tools, alerts, analytics, competitor intelligence, document downloads, and AI-assisted tender filing features. Tenderkart is operated by Autopilot Labs Private Limited. By accessing or using Tenderkart, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tenderkart is a digital SaaS subscription platform for government tender discovery, alerts, analytics, competitor intelligence, tender document access, and AI-assisted tender filing. We aggregate information from government and public procurement sources and provide software tools to help customers find, evaluate, and respond to tenders.
Some Tenderkart features are available only through paid subscription plans. Plan price, billing period, included features, taxes, and any applicable offer terms are shown before payment. Access to paid features is generally activated after successful payment confirmation.
Website payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway. Mobile app subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where required by the platform. Tenderkart does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.
Cancellation stops future renewal or future access after the active subscription period ends. It does not automatically provide a refund for the current active billing period. Refund eligibility, request timelines, and processing timelines are described in our Refund Policy. For website payments, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines. App Store and Play Store refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies.

All WhatsApp messages are sent using pre-approved Message Templates as required by WhatsApp Business Policy. We comply with WhatsApp's 24-hour conversation window policy. If you initiate a conversation with us via WhatsApp, we may respond within 24 hours without requiring a Message Template.
Note: Standard WhatsApp data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Tenderkart does not charge for WhatsApp messages, but your carrier may charge for data usage.
You agree to use Tenderkart only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Tenderkart aggregates tender information from various government portals. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:
The Tenderkart platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Tenderkart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tenderkart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
