Servicing and maintenance of cooler Similar Category Repair and Overhauling Service

Shifting and Complete Re-installation of Mechanical Machinery from the old manifold to the newly constructed service block near the 250 Bedded New IPD Block by way of dismantling/dismounting the machine from the foundation, interconnecting piping system/power cabling system etc., safely loading the machine alongwith allied piping and cabling, shifting of the same equipments/machinery to the new service block by way of mechanical means, i.e., using proper tools and tackles, crane, hydra, truck/tipper, labour, etc. The job also includes safely unloading of the machinery at the new site, proper placement at the respective foundation, and complete installation of machinery at site by means of interconnecting the piping system, cabling system, proper allignment, assembling and connecting to mains supply and testing as directed by site engineer to ensure original operational parameters are met.The job includes fitting of piping by way of welding, filters, valves, unions, sockets, gaskets, flanges, nuts bolts, washers, etc. .The job also includes services of the operating staff, cost of lubricating oil, fuel and other consumables required for the complete execution of the job.

MAINTENANCE MANPOWER:- Provision of four skilled technical persons i.e.1No. Welder,1 No. Fitter/Plumber & 1 No.Electrician for detection,public addressing work and day to day maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipments in three shifts along with 1 high skilled technical Supervisor for 12months.
