Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Distribution Panels fabricated out of (load bearing member of 2mm and non load bearing member 1.6 mm thick) GI sheet steel in cubicle compartmentised modular 3b construction, free standing floor mounted with bottom cable entry,300 mm MS painted stand and standing covering from 3 sides, IP 55 double door with canopy ,dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel, `T’ sections and / or flats wherever necessary. 3 mm thick cable gland plates shall be provided at the bottom of the panels with appropriate stand etc. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distrtibution panels. Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of shop drawings before fabrication. HAL will carry out inspection in its premises as per the supporting documents provided by the Vendor. Deviations/Defects noticed on inspection will be intimated to the Vendor for free replacement/rectification action as necessary. Acceptance of the deliverables will be issued by HAL only after all such deviations and defects are eliminated by the vendor. If any stores are rejected, vendor to re-submit stores in replacement of those rejected within a time specified by HAL, the vendor bearing the cost of freight in such replacement without being entitled to any extra payment:
