Supply and installation of solar submersible pump set in tube well/stream/river for clear and cold fresh water as per IS8034 of 1989 with latest amendment. The control panel shall be designed for operation of both solar and grid supply. The control panel shall be completed with inherently under voltage and over load protection. The complete job including all civil and mechanical work and all short of carriage to make system functional as per the direction of site Engineer. AC/DC solar Submersible pump permanent magnet mortar with 92% efficiency & Combined efficiency not less than 67%. The controller must have 1P54 protection with RMS system with live real time GEO location and should be able to send pump data to the cloud. The PV module should be bifacial mona perc 454Wpas per MNRE guidelines. Multistage Pump of minimum 22 stages. Pump should be of SS 304 made with impeller also as per AISI 304. Pump Speed should not be less than 3000 RPM and shall be suitable for permissible sand content. Curve Tolerance: ISO 9906: 201233. : The Motor should have 92% Efficiency and should be fully SS with quality certification of EN 14301, AISI 304. 1.The control panel shall be fully automatic push button operated for motor. (One complete Job). The controller shall be as per IP54 protection with Live GEO tagging and pump data to be shared on cloud in from secured data. 1. Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) shall be included to optimally use of power available from the SPV array and maximize the water discharge. 2. The SPV Controller must be IP 54 Protection or shall be housed in a cabinet having at least IP Protection & have a Angle iron shed of Size (6'x6'x7') of MS sheet of 3mm thick welded on angle iron Size 40x40x4 mm including priming & painting ,also embeded in the ground complete job. 3.
