Providing and Injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a contineous chemical barrier under and alround the column pits, wall trenches.junction of wall and floor,along the external perimetre of the building,expansion joints,surroundings of pipes and conduits etc.and all wooden items. complete(Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured) for payment with chlorpyriphos 50% EC for pre-construction and anti termite in buildings . The chemical is to be used as (1 part of chlorpyriphos 50% EC with 49 parts of water).The work will be carried out to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the site as per the following stages including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.Stage-I :- The bottom of the foundation pit and sides upto 30 cm height by using the chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr. Per sqm.Stage-II :- the backfill earth in immediate contact with the masonry walls inside the foundations shall be treated with the chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr. Per sqm. of the vertical surface of the sub-structure for each side. The sprying shall be done after the ramming operation by rodding the earth at 15 cm. Closed to the walls surface. The treatment will have to be done in 2 or more stages depending upon the depth.Stage-III :- The top surface of the consolidated earth within the plinth walls under the floor. The chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr. Per sqm. of the surface shall be sprayed before sand bed or sub grade is laid.At the junction of the walls and the floor holes shall be made 15 cm.apart by a crow bar and chemical poured into the holes.Stage- IV :- Along the external perimeter of the buildings a small trench shall be dug along the walls and chemical emulsion @ 2.5 Ltr per sqm. shall be sprayed . At points where pipes or condutes enter the building in the soil shall be treated thoroughly. complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15.60:Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved
