Cable Laying Tenders

Making trench in Hard murum/Tar road having 0.75 m depth and minimum 0.3mtr width as per IS for laying provided cables up to voltage level 1.1Kv cable.

Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Metre Mtr. depth along with laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from the bottom of the rail/road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The work shall be done as per extant practice & instructions of site Engineer. Preparation of site for Horizontal boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railways. Note: Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

Removing of heavy weighed concrete slabs and refixing after laying the cable.

Laying of Cable size upto 10Cx2.5 sq.mm, Cu or 3.5Cx35 sq.mm, Al at existing tray and trench. The job also includes supply of clamps, nuts-bolts, washers etc. to complete the job in all respect.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft&loose soil all as directed.

Laying of cable above 3½ core 90 sqmm and upto 3½ core 150 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.[Page No F-1/ Item No 2.(e)].
