Cable Laying Tenders

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Laying of control cable from C&R Panel, RTCC panel to Transformer Marshaling box, D/M Box, CT, PT, Isolator etc. as per site requirement. Job includes preparing cable schedule, Dressing, binding and Termination of cable, fixing of cable tray, support structure and termination of cable, marking and its ferruling as per schedule, inter connection with C&R panel, CT, PT, Isolators etc. as per site requirement for completion of job satisfactorily.

Excavation of trench at a of Depth of 1200 mm. and Kilometre width of 300 mm., including marking of cable alignment, clearing of jungle, roots of trees, bushes, refilling with excavated soil, ramming and consolidation after laying of cables complete to the finished item of work in all type of Soil. NOTE: In case 1.2 m. depth of the trench is not achievable due to site conditions approval of officer in charge is to be obtained and payment shall be made on a prorate basis.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cables and 150 mm thick after laying of cables in trenches, or in Existing duct as directed for electric cables for protection incl.consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
