MFR Test report from NABL accrediated is to be submitted.(Excavation of Earth & Back filling with compaction is to be Paid Extra)All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Material & Labour for Sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm (punned down to 18 cm) after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying and testing LT underground cable of size 25 sqmm 4 core heavy duty, 1100 Volts, PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to latest IS, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/ drains/culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes all bare conductor of cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve including cable gland and lugging etc at both ends all complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 150 dia hume pipe for cable laying and shelter cables in and out

Provision of GI pipes (50/100mm dia) for cable laying with offset at both ends and with couplings over RCC bridges, drainage, culverts, and girder bridges. For RCC bridges, drainage, and culverts, the pipes shall be mounted on concrete masonry supports of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm at an interval of 2 meters. For girder bridges, the pipes shall be fixed on suitable MS clamps 42 at an interval of 2 meters. The ends of the pipes shall be closed with brick masonry abutments to ensure that no cable is exposed. The work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the Railway representative at the site.(Supply of GI pipes with couplings and laying of cables is not included in this schedule).Stone jelly (20/25mm size), bricks, sand, cement, MS angles, flats, bolts, nuts for manufacturing and fixing clamps, bricks, M sand, cement, and other miscellaneous materials for the work shall be supplied by the contractor.
