Laying & dressing of 11KV 3x300 Sq.mm U/G cable Double Ckt. from 5MVA T/F to 11KV incoming Switchgear by excavation of earth in the trench 450mm wide, 900mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion below the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All decentralized/consumable materials to be provided by Contractor Expect Cable).

Excavation of trench under soft soil minimum 1 meter deep & 400 mm wide for laying of PVC/XLPE aluminium armoured cables of all sizes as per site requirement and provide sand 16 cushioning of 75 mm thick layer around the cable and top protection with class B bricks, (the sand, bricksetc are in the scope of the tenderer). The trench to refilled back after laying of cable, ramming, levelling and watering the excavated area after laying of cable to bring the surface to original level as per technical specifications and site requirements.
