Earthwork in re-excavation / silt clearance in drainage channel in all kinds of soil including sludge, slush mixed with all sorts of industrial wastes and municipal garbages, polypacks, carcasses, small khatal effluents, night soil etc. by mathor labour as may be necessary and depositing the same in places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , in such a manner, without causing much hindrance to traffic and posing health hazard and making arrangement to maintain the site in workable condition and rough dressing when dry including making arrangement of bailing out of any seepage water and removal of sand or soil blown from underneath, removal of khatal, temporary latrines, clearing and removing all kinds of semi compact masses formed by water hyacinth, jungles up to 30 cm girth, and burning them to ashes or removing outside Government land in conformity with the Municipal rules, including shoring shuttering as required, nicking out lines etc. (Measurement : Pre-work and Post-work level section. Pre- work section to be taken after removal of water hyacinth and all other floating materials etc.) Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ordinary soil / local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone and drainage channels of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing services of qualified surveyor(s) along with all required instruments, tools, accessories and manpower for carrying out survey, establishing and recording levels and topographical details for planning and execution of works including (but not limited to) determination of finished road levels (FRL), drainage invert levels, cross-drainage/road crossing levels, longitudinal and cross-sections, benchmarks/temporary benchmarks, setting out, and any other survey works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The survey team with complete equipment shall remain available at the disposal of GMDA for a period of 03 (three) months for planning/field requirements, and the entire work shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. Payment shall be released only after submission of detailed survey findings/records to the department, duly signed by the Contractor or his authorised representative and jointly verified/signed by the concerned SDE/JE of the department, complete in all respects and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 122 x 54 mm & sash 47 x 64 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
