Providing daily 3 number Semi skilled, and 3 numbers unskilled labour manpower for maintenance of electrical Sub Station , Electrical installations of Entier campus (Existing & upcoming all EI ) , Both Non-Residential & Residential Bldg., Compound Light incl. Operation of All Diesel Generator Set in the Premises of Central Medical Store. The maintenance work should be carried out as per following scope of works and terms & conditions. Semi Skilled Labour ( Including Reliver ) (For 3 shift )

Repair of water supply line (raw/fresh water) with mechanical joint , of any type of pipe line size 100 to 150 mm including taking out the punctured / cracked exsiting pipe and cutting of damaged / cracked portion of pipe making rough surfaces smooth and champhered by grinding and then connected through mechanical joint / coupler joint of adequate size with rubber rings both sides and fasteners of required size and shape as per site requirement complete including incl cutting the bitumin road, Excavation in trenches nexc, 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete in hard/dense soil for taking out and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed Note (i) The excavation in corporation/highway road the repair/damage chrges of corporation paid by the contractor with out any extra cost. paid the corporation chrges for repair work (ii) Damage of pipeline/telephone cables/power cable of any department during the time of excavation the contractor rectify the same with out any extra cost (iii) the necessary work carried out after obatin the permission from civil agency and ensure proper trafic saftey measue. (iv) The work carried out through corpoartion approved plumbers only (v) The quated rated deemed to be include fo Note no (i) to (v)

Laying of 1 No. XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed L. T. power cable of grade 1.1 KV size 3½/4 core size exceeding 25 Sq mm but not exceeding to 400/120 sq. mm Alluminium conductor cable direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and 32 refilling the trench etc. as required. Cable laying should be as per IS-1255/1983 with latest ammendments. Digging of trench in all kinds of soil up to the depth of 1000 mm and 350 mm wide for laying of cable with supply and placing of second-class bricks, approx. 10 bricks per meter, refilling of cable trench with solid earth consolidating by ramming by 270 mm above the surrounding level over trench. (Cable will be supplied by Railway)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVCinsulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit,with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSPVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required compelete in all respect as persatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Group –A
