Supply and installation of outdoor Feeder Piller box of size 2.5'(H) x 2'(W)x 1.5'(D) as per direction of EIC.Canopy and upper portion of the Feeder Pillar box is to be made from 5mm & 3mm thick MS Sheet respectively, and bottom portion with 10mm thick MS plate rigidly fixed by nuts bolts washer etc. The Pillar Box will have double door with almirah type lock with 3 nos. keys. Additional provision of pad locking is to be provided with 2 nos. mechanical locks both top and bottom portion. Provision of ventilating grill should be triangular in shape made from MS Plate duly welded to lateral side. The centre ventilation spout at starting surface of the top of the pillar box.Provision of 2 Nos. earthing terminals by 25x6mm GI flat having suitable nuts, bolts & washers etc. The pillar box is to be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of RO primer. The internal EI works of the pillar box should withstand 2KV rms AC Voltage for 1 minute. All fabrication work is to be done as per direction of EIC. The Pillar box should contain the fallowing components incl. painting the pillar box as per G.S. A) Timer DB(16 SWG) which comprises the followings :- i) 32A 4 pole FPMCB (Legrand)-1 ii) 240V, 25A TP cotractor(LT Make)-1 no. iii) Suitable Day dial Timer (GIC)/Digital time switch(LT make) -1 no. iv) By pass switch- 1 no. v) outlet Teminal -2 nos. B) Starter for moter operation (Forward and Revers direction)-1no. C) 32A FPMCB on DIN Rail ( Legrand Make)-1 no.

Carriage Earthing Rod from Store Centre Sahibabd/Ghaziabad/Noida/Hapur to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends and work by Earthing/Fixing. Complete work as per requirement of site including all the accessories.

Supplying & Fixing PVC waterproof type looping cable box (Make : SINTEX/As per EIC) size minimum 200x150x100 mm deep comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, two provision of compression type brass cable gland for upto 4- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, suitable "C" type 4mm thick MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.
