Provide, design, fabricate, supply, and install a comprehensive set of signages across the venue, including but not limited to entry arrows, directional signage, seating block identifiers, VIP/student/parent seating markers, green-room indicators, reception and BOH-only signage, male and female washroom signs, handwash points, used-plates collection points, no-smoking/open-flame warnings, emergency exit and fire-exit signage, assembly points, photography-area markers, PHC/first-aid direction, parking signs, all food-area signage and counter labels, waste-segregation indicators, and *Robing Room (Male/Female)* signage for graduating students. This list is indicative and not exhaustive, and the Service Provider shall provide any additional signages required for navigation, safety, branding, crowd management, or event operations, as directed by DLCSUPVA, Rohtak, without any additional cost. All designs and samples must be submitted and installed only after approval from DLCSUPVA, Rohtak.
