Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing, vibrating and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, one part of cement, one and half parts of sand , three parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

a) Fabrication, providing and fitting of rectangular working platform out of ISMB 200 to be erected on the sump to form the rectangular rigid frame structure 9 m x 2 m as per drawing. ISMB 200: - = 35 mtrs The ISMB-200 main girder shall be welded together through the bracings/stiffeners of the dsame material at 6 spots of 2 mtr length each .The job includes Providing and fitting of M.S. chequered plate 6 mm thick to the rectangular ISMB frame of size 9x2 mtr with necessary bracings out of ISA 50x50x6(20 mtrs). The job includes the formation of suitable opening with hinges at the requisite spots for installation of suction pipes. The steel work shall be applied with a coat of approved steel primer. b)Fabrication, providing, fitting and installation of 2-ton capacity sump gantry. The job comprises of the following specifications process of fabrication and involvement of material: - 1). Vertical supports: - Fabrication, providing and installation of gantry vertical supports (two Nos.) to be fabricated out of Mild steel angle Iron of size 50x50x6mm the posts shall have to be fabricated as per drawing. The vertical posts shall be fabricated in four pieces of angle iron having 6.5 Mtrs effective Height and its strengthening /bracing by horizontal members to be placed after every 3’.0 and diagonal members as per requirement out of same angle section as used with the vertical members the size of the angle Iron post shall be 20”x20” at the bottom and 12”x12” at the top. The vertical angle iron posts shall be provided and welded with Mild steel plate having 8mm thickness welded at the bottom and top duly drilled with suitable diameter holes. The Bottom portion of the vertical support shall be embedded into the cement concrete block of suitable size to be laid in the ratio of 1;2;4.(2 cum). The posts thus fabricated shall be erected at the two sides of the sump gantry. 2). Gantry Beam: - Providing and fitting of main I beam (Horizontal) of size ISMB-250 having total length of 11 Mtrs shall also be fitted with Mild steel plate of the same size i.e., 12”x12”,8 mm thick, with nuts and bolts and welding as well. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts for fixing of plates of the horizontal beam and vertical posts plates to make detachable arrangement. 3)Monorail and chain pulley block: - Providing and fitting of 2-ton capacity travelling trolley manorial of spur gear type and 2-ton capacity chain pulley block having 6mtrs and 18 mm steel rope (30 mtr) with U clamps. 90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
