Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of east steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MORTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications. (MORT&H - 13.18 2000 & 2200 )

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480Cum,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320Cum,sand 0.400Cum and cement 350Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/Cum of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relavant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all mterials like cement, fine aggregare (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing,centering charges,shuttering chargesc etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, for finished item of work.

Steel work in built up section , including cutting, hoisting , applying steel primer coat for fabrication of door, windows, Modification/fabrication of the base frame as per site requirement

Fabrication of Fuse Set structure by using M.S. Channel (125x65x6) mm size and 3.5 m minimum height with 2 Nos. M.S. Angle (75x75x6)mm size on top of structure for installation of Fuse Set.
