Supplying at site hot-dipped galvanised steel members for tower to fixed the same wherever found missing or replaced any damaged / vent tower members. (The materials to be used for tower - members shall be galvanised M.S. of grade A as per IS: 2062 -1999 and IS: 808 -1989 and satisfy the relevent test as per IS codes. The fabrication shall be done in accordance with IS: 800-1984 and also in accordance with the approved drawings for the towers under maintenence. The galvanising shall conform to IS: 4759 and 2629. The total mass of galvanising coating shall not be less than 610 gms / sqm i.e. 85 micron thickness)

Fabrication & Galvanisation

Supply of various steel materials confirming to ISS 2062 - Gr A including frieght,handling etc. at site for earthing with labour for fabrication and erection for earthing including labour, machinery consumables for the double earthing of neutral , main tank and other panel etc.as directed by the field engineer.

Supply fabrication and placing imposition of mild steel for steel rod of various sizes as directed including all labour charges for cutting and binding and tying with cost of binding wire, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Material and Labour, fabrication, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT bus bar Panel sheet metal enclosure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet with 7 tank treatment process of minimum size 0.6m x 0.5 m x 0.3 m ,IP 54 incorporated with aluminium bus bar chamber having bus bar capacity 400 Amps, minimum length of busbar 1m, PVC insulated in step way for 3 phase 4 strip system fixed on hygroscopic base insulator duly prewired with appropriate size of aluminium bus bar thimbled ( for accomodating Outgoing Cable connections) suitable size busbar chamber in order to accomodate all accessories with proper insulation duly painted with powder coated paint, dust proof, vermin proof having single door with 2 Nos hinges with locking arrangement, inlet and outlet cable provisions incorporated with LED indicators R, Y, B-01 Set, and fixed on ground with MS angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
