Providing, Fabrication and Fixing of GI Channel, GI X-arm with Belting/Brace Angle Iron/top Bracket including clamp of sorts (as per site requieement)

P/F of M.S Grill work with fabrication required shape and size with all complete of work.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labor required for the work including all incidental changes such as electricity charges, labor insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. (I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Fabricating M.S. Specials of different diameter in shop out of 8 mm to 12 mm thick M.S plates supplied depart-mentally, cutting the plates to exact size & shape by gas cutting device and/or by adopting any other approved type of mechanical means, bending the same in true curvature by template and rolling machine of approved design including proper marking, levelling joints followed by electric arc welding - longitudinal and circumferential, as necessary, using standard electrodes as per I.S.specification including edge preparation, electricity charges and hydraulic testing of the fabricatedpiece all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.[ The Engineer-in-Charge shall approve the electrodes for are welding before use. Fabrication of M.S. flange to form M.S Flanged Tail Piece shall not be considered as M.S. special ]

10.Supplying and fabrication and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel/Ribbed for steel rods for all RCC work as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors complying with standard specification and drawings etc..,

Supply and errection of M.S Sign Board (1500mm x 900 mm) with necessary lettering etc. complete. Fabrication and errection of the board to be done with M.S angles such as, frame (25x25x5 mm), M.Ssheet of 0.5 mm thick & Posts with M.S angles (50x50x6 mm) section at a clear hight of atleast 2.5 mtr above ground level. Fixing of the complete board with necessary information as per relavent and updated G.O, has to be carried out by digging holes (0.6x0.6x0.6 mtr) in all sorts of soil and packing the M.S angle posts with cement concrete (1:3:6) of section( 0.45x0.45x0.90 Mtr) and filling the gaps with the excavated earth including priming and 2 coats of painting on both sides complete in all respect as per direction of the E-I-C.
