Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS304 grade tubes, sections, plates, sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing, polishing , lacquer finishing, to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution. (SEAMLESS FINISH SHALL BE ENSURED)

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kgs),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kgs) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kgs.) and cement 380 kgs with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department but including cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Supply of various steel materials confirming to ISS 2062 - Gr A including frieght,handling etc. at site for earthing with labour for fabrication and erection for earthing including labour, machinery consumables for the double earthing of neutral , main tank and other panel etc.as directed by the field engineer.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members.For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

Fabrication and fixing feeder pillar door of size 1372mm x 914 mm x 607mm made out of MS plate 3.15mm thick including necessary hinge and welding work as required.
