VRCC M-20 Design mix (Cement: fineaggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shutteing for culvert slabs

Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring and supply of front operated dead front cubicle type compartmentalised as per Form 3B, rear access free standing, dust and vermin proof (IP 42 ingress protection) main switchboards suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system suitable for a symmetrical fault level of 25 kA at 415 volts, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheets with hinged, gasketted (metal based neoprene) and lockable doors having structural reinforcement with suitable angle/channel/T/flat sections including 3 mm thick gland plates on top and bottom and including lifting hooks and including GI earth strip of required size with 2 nos earthing terminals and including powder coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface cleaned and treated with seven tank process complete with interconnections etc as per specifications, as required and as below. (Note: The contractor may select the next higher fault rating of MCCB if it is not readily available ,without any extra cost ,as the figure indicated within the bracket are required maximum fault level of the panel.)(Note: The contractor may select the next higher fault rating of MCCB if it is not readily available ,without any extra cost ,as the figure indicated within the bracket are required maximum fault level of the panel.) - Incomer from Existing Supply - 1 No. 400A 4P MCCB (36 KA) with electronic releases (O/C, S/C, E/F) - 1 Set - digital multifunction meter (showing harmonics along with all other electrical parameters such as voltage, current, Hz, KW, KWHr, PF.) - 1 Set - 0-500V, digital Voltmeter with selector switch, 3 No. phase indicating LED lamp to show the incoming power with control SP MCB. - 3 nos. indicating LED lamps for On/Off/ Trip with protective SP MCB's. - 1 Set of CTs of the ratio630/5A for APFC Relay, Burden 15 VA - 1 Set of CTs of the ratio630/5A with class 0.5 Accuracy for Metering, burden 15 VA - 1 Set of. 400/5A , 15 VA, 5P10 CT's for Protection - Bus Bars - 300 amps TPN Aluminium Busbar. All busbars and interconnections shall be of suitable size Al strips current density of Al shall not be more than 0.8 Amps/ sq.mm. Out Goings - 12 Nos. 63A (36kA) 4P MCCB. - 4 Nos. 40A (36kA) 4P MCCB. - 4 Nos.32A (36kA) TPN MCB - 2 Nos.32A (10kA) DP MCB - Main LT Panel as described above. - Design, manufacture, supplying, fixing in position, testing and commissioning of the following front operated cubicle type, front access 2mm thick mild steel sheet, free standing, dust and vermin proof, switchboard with IP42 protection with hinged and lockable doors complete with interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth and painting, suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system and suitable for a fault level of 25 MVA symmetrical at 415 volts.
