Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of single piece extruded solid PVC profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62mm width x 32 mm thickness (the door frame is to be made with single piece extruded solid pvc profile whereas no sheet pasted profile shall be applied for door frame fabrication) and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer – in – charge using 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Supply and Fabrication, installation , testing and commissioning in replacement Factory made , IP-54 , CPRI approved , Outdoor type , LT Panel Board , not less than 120 cm x 100 cm x 60 cm made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , dust proof, verming proof, powder coated from both side, individual door, factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 415 volt AC supply including bus bar chamber and Aluminium bus bar of capacity 300 Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in a separate bus bar chamber separate compartment for incoming and outgoing feeder prewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including fitted on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron channel with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 30cm above ground level and 30cm foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and provision of lugs and bushing for housing the following:- (i) Aluminium bus bar 300 amps for phase & neutral-04 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4P , 200Amps, 36 KA - 01 No.(Incoming) (iii) MCCB 4P , 100 Amps, 36 KA - 02 Nos. (Out going) iv) MCCB 4P , 32 Amps, 36 KA - 02 Nos. (Out going) (iv) MCCB 4P , 63 Amps, 36 KA - 03 Nos. (Out going) (v) Multi functional digital Voltmeter and ampere meter including suitable and appropriate CTs-01 Set (vi) Indicator lamp (LED R-Y-B)- 01 Set of three. Note: Make and complete detailed drawings of the LT Panel shall be submitted to and approved by the GE prior to procurement / manufacture . The panel shall be executed strictly as per approved drawings and specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

BUILDING WORKS(R) ALUMINIUM WORKS??(2)Labour charge for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for the following units:- (A) Glazed aluminium sliding windows made of extruded and annodized alloy aluminium sectios, fabrications, including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning of window shutter frame fitted with in built locking arrangements, sliding rollers and other necessary fittings, fixture, adhesives and joineries along with extruded neoprine or EPDM gasketing in between window frame and masonry work (walls, column, beam.lintels etc.) as well as between glass and shutter frame for fixing glass and Polysulphide sealant and in between shutter and window frame where necessary including cutting to requisite size and fixing glass as per drawing, specification and direction of EIC. The rate includes the hire charge of all tools and plants, including all incidental charges, adhesive, joineries such as screw, cleat angle etc. but excluding the cost of extruded aluminium sections, glass, neoprene / EPDM gasket, locking arrangement and rollers. i ) 2 track sliding window.Note: Add extra for each Addl. Floor over the rate of item 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D except 2A(vi) i) Upto 4th Floor Rs.12.00 per Sq.m ii) Above 4th Floor Rs.16.00 per Sq.m

FABRICATION & FIXING OF EROSION SHIELD

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT Panel outdoor type, cubical enclosure compartmentalized external and internal mirror type brushed finish suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2.00 mm thick stainless steel sheet SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision. All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side. Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. Degree of protection shall be IP-54. The enclosure shall have provision of cable entry. Cable entry from bottom side in seperate cable alley on both side, seperated with bakelite sheet of suitable size, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper wire, 1100 volts grade. The panel shall consist of TPN aluminium bus bars of size 1.5 time of main incomming rating switch gear and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch grar, including instrumentation such as Ampere meter, Volt meter, phase indicating lamps etc with double stud hinged door, front & rear openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears. (b) IS/ IEC : 61439 (Part-I & Part-II) 2011 and all necessary certification as per relevant IS/IEC codes

Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS) confirming to Grade Yst 240-310, Tubular Structure:- made from steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL/APPOLO confirming to IS 1161/4923, thickness upto 10mm) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, etc and applying a coat of enamel primer and paint , and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer- in- charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc.
