Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Supply, fabricating and fixing at desired location using hot rolled sections and MS Plates of grade Fe 250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings ( if required), which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer, transporting to site and erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending , cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying one coat of primer and two coats EPOXY finish paint after fabrication including touching up after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (The qty. of gusset plates, base plates, bolts shall be measured in M.T. for this item.) Structural steel (TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL make or equivalent) to be arranged by contractor and paint shall be supplied by RCF on non-chargeable basis. (Including necessary MS pipe scaffolding)

100.37.6.2:Fabricating M.S. flanges of diameter 150mm using 12mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

90.14.5 Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of 4 mtr. high Pole made out of 65 mm dia. NB, B-class GI Pipe ISI marked duly welded with MS Base Plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick with Stiffener of size 130 mm x 60 mm x 5 mm thick; top edge to be blunted with a horizontal flat>5 mm (No sharp edge), suitable Earth Stud on Base Plate, making suitable size hole in pole at a height of 2.5 meter from base plate for cable entry/exit, painting & numbering of pole, making suitable size hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on the existing foundation with the existing nuts-bolts, washers etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of 4 mtr. high pole made out of 65 mm dia NB, B class G.I pipe ISI marked duly welded with MS base plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick and supported with 4 nos stiffner made out of 130mm x 60 mmx 5 mm thickwith suitable earth stud on base plate and collar type mounting arrangement (single or duble fitting type both) for light fitting on the pole, making suitable size hole in pole at a height of 2.5 metre from base plate for cable entry/exit, painting & numbering of pole, making suitable size hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on the foundation with the nuts-bolts, washers etc. complete as required. .
