Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS) confirming to Grade Yst 240-310, Tubular Structure:- made from steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL/APPOLO confirming to IS 1161/4923, thickness upto 10mm) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, etc and applying a coat of enamel primer and paint , and including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer- in- charge and incorporation of Engineer-in-Charge’s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc.

Supply, fabrication & installation of galvanized sheet steel bus duct/Cable trays/Cable Tray Cover/Panel & M.S boxes with complete chemical & mechanical treatment on M.S sheet/MS structure etc. duly power coated, rubber gasketed, with locking arrangement, earthing bolt etc. will be provided on the fabricated items as per site requirement and specifications.

Supply and Fixing of sign board acrylic signages i) Supply and fixing of angle iron frame fabricated from 40 mm x 40 mm square four nos hollow bar with cross and radial support including one no 40x40 mm angle iron support in the middle for the Sign board of following size with suitable three nos. crosss angle support welded with 4 nos angle hook in equal space for fixing on the structure with all necessary welding and fabrication. The structure shall rest in both sides with proper welding as per instruction of EIC. ii) S&F LED Sign Board made 3 mm thick ACP Sheet (Alstrong/ Aludecor) finished with approved metallic colour as back ground (blue) after router cutting. The riser structure also shall be covered with ACP Sheet.& appx 6-7 inch depth (Both side ACP sheet) iii) S&F Special type of imported acrylic English letter appx 50 mm thickness flushed on the ACP board made on imported acrylic cast sheet.
