Fabrication, supplying, installation,and. testing of totally enclosed outdoor type front openable weather proof powder coated control gear box size 550 mm x 550 mm x 300 mm (Deep) and locking arrangement of box with latch. It shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick MS sheet complete having 4 nos. 63 Amp capacity aluminium bus bar,03 nos slide compartment for installation of LED gears/driver set, one 10A TPN and 3 nos.2 Amp SP MCB "C" rating inter-connection ,earthing testing and commissioning and required quality with blanking holes suitable for inlet&outlet of 4C X 35sqmm PVC / XLPE UG cable &bolts and dismentle of existing CG box etc as required. CG box/panel should be made CPRI approved from authorized fabricators.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

9.Supply and fixing of designing fabrication,powder coating assembling wiring, testing and supply of double door type EB metering panel board 3ph/63A 1 no.(Rain proof model) as per Dept. instruction etc. complete.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m for fixing RBT

Supplying, fabrication & fixing of outside Iron Structure platform of suitable size by grouting MS u-channel of 6mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 4.8 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of Cassette AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6mm and supporting angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm in each platform. The platform should be baricated & safe for ODU Maintenance in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle and 20mm x 3mm Flat inserted into the wall. The Area of the platform is of suitable size as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. The design of platform structure to be approved by EIC.
