TENDER INVITE FOR WORKS FCIA,GATE CONSTRUCTION,STRUCTURE,FABRICATION WORK OF STALL FOR DEPARTMENTAL EXHIBITION ON LAND 40X40 UNDER GWALIOR TRADE FAIR 2025-26,TIRPAL OVER TIN SHED COVER ETC.

Providing, Fabrication of Mild Steel Plane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect.

Fabrication, machining & assemblyof 10 (Ten) Sets of monorail supporting structure including column, short column, cross beam & monorail beam for Barrage bay.

Fabrication, Transportation and fixing of M.S foldable Gate of 4.30 m *1.80 m with 04 nos of foldable shutters including supplying of structural steel, cutting, drilling, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer and 02 coats of epoxy based PU paint etc., complete all as per drawings and Technical specifications and cost including all fittings, fixtures, accessories as per the below notes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for the above: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department. 2) Structural steel shall confirm to IS 2062: 2011. MS hollow circular / square / rectangular sections along with the associated connections of approved quality. 3) Structural steel for the main framing shall be with E250 Grade of steel confirming to IS:2062-2011. 4) MS Hollow sections shall confirm to IS: 4923-2017. 5) Materials to be procured directly or from their authorised dealers and test cerificate to be produced. 6) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from manufacturers with out any extra cost. 7) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 8) Welding Electrodes manufactured of specified suitable grade only shall be used. 9) Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 10) Rate inclusive of all consumables like gas, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc. 11) The Liquid Penetrant Inspection shall be carried out in 10% of the total joints and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.
