Item Code [compactor/data file manag]:Item Type [Electrical] ::Supply , fabrication and installation of compactor / data file management body made of M.S Sheet IS: 513, duly welded and finished with corrosion-resistant powder coating of minimum 50 microns, complete as per specification. The unit shall be of 3-bay design, operated by sprocket -chain drive , fabricated from 0.8 mm thick M.S. sheet . Each body shall consist of five adjustable shelves , each having minimum load carrying capacity of 80 kg per shelf and provided with locking doors. Overall dimensions of each body : 2440 mm(H) x 915 mm (W) x 450 mm (D). Rails fabricated fromm 2.5mm thick M.S. HR grade steel, complete with lockable lid , drive mechanism and all necessary accessories , finished, installed and commissioned at site as per directetion of engineer incharge. The work shall include all materials, labour, fitting and installation complete in all respects with 3 year comprehensive warranty.

Charges for fabrication, erection, fixing ,construction and completion of 18 (Eighteen) Nos. temporary shops of minimum size 10 feet height × 11 feet length × 8 feet width at the parking space in front of ABV Auditorium, Rangat, using materials supplied by Gram Panchayat Rangat and departmental labour, including drilling of earth and fixing of poles, welding of roof trusses, purlins and internal partitions, fixing of G.I. profile sheets for roof and walls, installation of hardware such as bolts, handles and screws, supervision, tools , safety measures, and making the shops as per the directions of Gram Panchayat Rangat. The rate shall include all skilled labour, welding machines, tools and consumables per shop.
