Maintenance of Engaging Essential Service to 205 flats (160 MIG & 45 HIG) in S.No 254/2B pt, 255 pt, 256/1B pt, 258/20 pt, 258/32 pt, 253/1 part at Anna Nagar Western Extension, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District for the period from 01.07.2026 to 31.08.2026 by engaging the required and properly trained pump operators for lifting water from sump, well or borewell to the over head tank in each block, maintenance of pump sets, attending the repair works in water supply and sanitary line and removal of blockages in water closets, inspection chambers and gullies, attending electrical fault in wiring and electrical installations in the flats, replacing the bulb in common areas, sweeping the common areas including clearing the cowdung and clearing of vegetations, bushes and jungle clearance in and around the scheme area, desilting and cleaning the storm water drains and removal of debris away from the scheme area, maintaining the avenue trees, and garden plants and to maintain the scheme area in a neat and tidy condition, operating to lift smoothly without any complaints from the residents of the scheme and also staying in the lift itself as per time schedule indicated, etc., complete in all respect and as directed by department officers.

Operation and Maintenance of 68 nos of toilet blocks at Vegetable market, Fruit market , Flower market & 10 nos of urinals at KWMC including maintaining of Water Supply and sanitary network by engaging cleaners for 3 shifts per day (18 nos in 1st shift (6 am to 2.00 pm ),18 nos in 2nd shift (2.00 pm to 10.00 pm) and 9 nos of 3rd Shift (10.00 pm to 6.00 am )), & Plumber-cum supervisor 3 Nos per day (1nos 1st shift (6 am to 2.00 pm ),1nos 2nd shift (2.00 pm to 10.00 pm) & 1nos 3rd shift (10.00 pm to 6.00 am )).Toilet blocks should be cleaned by engaging 12 Nos.of high pressure washer for all perishable markets. The work includes cleaning of toilets by using high pressure washer, operation of motors and valves to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the toilet blocks, sweeping and mopping of floors in toilet blocks, cleaning of urinals, water closet, washbasins, etc Complete., by using detergents / disinfectants round the clock. The rate includes rectification of minor repairs in water supply, including the cost of all the Consumables such as Phenoyl, Bleaching Powder, Broom Sticks, Aluminium Bucket, mob sticks,Dust bin ,Rigid plastic Mug,Wiper &Toilet Cleaning liquid etc., and all complete as directed by Departmental Officers during execution.
