Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, CPRI type tested, indoor, cubical compartmental type HVAC Panel in replacement of HVAC Panel DBM 16 AC plant suitable size, having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 42 protection made out of 2.0 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete with accessories as and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, Make: CPRI approved panel builder. The HVAC Panel shall comprising of the following provisions:- Bus bar Chamber: INCOMER:- [i] 01 Set (3L + N) of copper bus bar of rated capacity 320 Amp, covered with PVC insulated sleeves including insulator, nuts, bolts, etc. with complete connection Incoming:[ii] 250 A, 415 V, Ics = 100% Icu = 26 kA, 50 Hz FP MCCB, conforming to IEC 60947-2, having thermal magnetic based trip unit, adjustable overload setting (0.7 - 1 X In), adjustable short-circuit setting (5 - 10 X Ir), adjustable neutral protection (N, N/2, OFF), front indication LEDs (Ready, Overload and pre-alarm & Overload), etc.- 01 Nos. [ii] Cl 1.0 multi-function meter capable of measuring V, A, F, PF, W/VA, Wh/VAh, Run hrs. On hrs & interupts01 Nos. [iii] LED phase indicators (Red, Yellow, Blue) - 01 Set Outgoing: [i] 100 A, 415 V, Ics = Icu = 16 kA, conforming to IEC 60947- 2, 50 Hz, FP MCCB with adjustable thermal settings & fixed magnetic settings with compression lug connectors and thermal magnetic trip unit (TMD)- 03 Nos. [for chillers]

Compressed Air System, HVAC, Air-Conditioning system etc. as per scope

Providing of design, drawing and heat load calculation etc. in two sets for Specialized E&M Work of SITC of HVAC System (VRV-VRF based Air-Conditioners) under this contract in 02 nos. Seminar Halls of 4A2 Academic Building, CURaj, complete in all respects, as per standard practice and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Approximate dimension of each seminar hall (L*W*H): 51*46*12 cb.ft.

Supply & Installation of Extra Add - on items - HVAC grade 5/8" (for suction) & 1/4" (for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including shaddle, screw, insulation tape, fastner etc for above AC machine as per direction of EIC.
