CWE/CHM(U)-140/2025-26 REPAIR AND MAINT OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF CAPACITY 5 X 225 TR, 2 X 48 TR AND 3 X 50 TR INCLUDING LT PANELS, LT CABLES, HEATING SYSTEM, AHUs, FCUs AND DUCTINGS INCLUDING ALL CONNECTED ITEMS AT COMMAND HOSPITAL (WC)
Opening of AHU coil, supply duct & return duct , diffusers, grills, damper and any other installed component that part of the AC plant & duct of connected Area of Command Hospital (WC) Chm. All above part should be cleaned with following procedures and equipment :- Note : Cooling area will be taken for paymet purpose. (a) Vaccums collection : probably the most important component as this ensures that there is no cross contamination in plant premises. The units in use are equipped with a HEPA filter and high static fan. (b) Rotary brushes system self-propelled type with different types of brushes and used to agitate and loosen dirt with the duct. (c) Viper set used again to loosen dirt depending upon the type & size of duct. (d) Contact vacuuming method of HVAC system cleaning which incorporates agitation and vacuum collection principles into one operation. (e) Compressed air washing mechanical means to agitate and dislodge particulate from the interior surfaces of HVAC system. (f) Robotic camera used for inspection before, during and after the cleaning process. The video certified the duct clean and assist during cleaning. (g) All of the grill and differs are removed and cleaned. (h) Foam core boards are placed up to supply vent openings. The air movement holds these boards up to the openings, This also increases the air movement in the duct. All but one supply vent is covered. The open supply vent allows for the air to safety flow backward through the air duct system without creating adverse negative pressure.

Replacement of condenser fan motor of existing HVAC/chiller/VRV outdoor unit, including supply of new motor of suitable rating (1.5 HP), voltage (415 V/230 V), RPM, insulation class, enclosure type, and mounting arrangement, fully compatible with the existing system and of approved make, complete in all respects. The motor shall be checked for correct rotation, vibration-free operation, and proper current consumption and as directed by Engineer in charge. The old motor to be retained by the contractor.

Sealing of Wall Penetration (Medium & Large cutout) by Supply and installation of Fire resistant Mineral Wool Board system painted with Fischer RFS640 or equivalent with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479, IS 12458 standards, for fire rated horizontal openings in walls made of concrete, masonry, fire rated gypsum partition, after passing service lines like Cable,Cable trays, Bus Duct or Metal pipes, PVC pipes, insulated HVAC Duct etc. The fire resistant board system shall comprise of a mineral wool board coated with an ablative coating of 3.2mm wet flim thickness on both sides (Consumption of paint @ 7.1 Litre/Sqm. for both sides). The mineral wool board shall be of min.140 kg/m3 density. All peripherial contact of pipes, cables, HVAC ducts shall be sealed with a joint filler FiAM intumescent sealant (For metal pipes, upto 25 mm PVC pipes, Cables)/ (FiGM/UFS310) intumescent sealant (For insulated HVAC Duct)/FiPWE2 intumescent graphite based synthetic wrap strip (For above 50 mm dia PVC pipes) (Cost of sealent & pipe wrap to be paid seperately). To be installed in accordance with the detailed instructions or the approved system at all level & floor inclusive of all materials, labour, tool & tackles, and backing arrangements etc all complete excluding cost of joint filler FiAM/(FiGM/UFS310)/FiPWE2 intumescent sealant as per direction of Enginer-in-Charge.
