Providing comprehensive consultancy services for preparation of architectural, structural and allied engineering designs, drawings and detailed estimates for construction of Community Hall building including conducting soil investigation and submission of detailed soil investigation report indicating safe bearing capacity, soil profile, depth of water table, depth of filled-up soil, rocky strata and other relevant geotechnical parameters, preparation of concept plan and preliminary drawings, preparation of architectural layout plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and site development plan, preparation of detailed structural design and drawings for foundation and superstructure including columns, beams, slabs, staircase, lintels, chajjas etc. along with complete reinforcement details as per relevant IS Codes, structural design and drawings for underground/overhead water tanks, sump, retaining walls and other ancillary structures, preparation of layout plans for plumbing system, water supply lines, drainage system, sewerage network, storm water drains and internal roads required for site development, preparation of detailed estimate based on prevailing DSR/Approved Rates including cost of civil works, MEP services such as electrical, HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing works and external development works, incorporation of Rain Water Harvesting system, fire safety measures, green building norms (if applicable) and barrier free access as per statutory requirements, preparation of BOQ, tender documents and technical specifications, coordination with concerned departments for obtaining necessary approvals, vetting and statutory clearances wherever required, proof checking/vetting of structural design wherever required, providing necessary revisions/modifications during approval stage as well as execution stage, providing consultancy during construction stage including clarification of drawings, structural stability related inputs and issuance of revised drawings as per site conditions, submission of complete set of drawings, structural design calculations and reports in triplicate including 06 hard copies and soft copy in editable and PDF format, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The cost for the system integration including potential free contact provision shall be borne by the HVAC Vendor. In case if cable required then the same shall be quoted additionally after prior approval from consultants / architects (If not considered by electrical vendor).
