Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of AC Machine at Different location of Swasthya Bhawan and & all other ancillary Building, as per terms and conditions mentioned below: 1. During the AMC period, the selected will inspect and carryout the preventive maintenance of the Split type HVAC system at Swasthya Bhawan and & all other ancillary Building, with 4(four) times per year in equal gapping period as per following details: a) Compulsory cleaning the condenser coils, evaporator coil, fins, filters and drain trays by jet water spray machine and cleaning of parts of Split AC units using a jacket to prevent spills during the service with air blower in each quarter throughout the year. b) Checking the refrigeration system including copper pipeline with checking of refrigerant gas pressure and rectify the system with refrigerant gas top up/refill, if any abnormality seen without any additional cost within time frame of 48(forty eight) hours from the complaint lodged. c) The agency will check compressors, Fan & Motors, blower, P.C.B., Switches, Transformers, All types of coils, internal Electrical items etc. to ensure the proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired without any additional cost within time frame of 48(forty eight) hours from the complaint lodged. 2. If WBMSCL wish to shift any machine to another location within the premises of Swasthya Bhawan and & all other ancillary Building, the same may done through the contractor. The cost of such shifting work will be borne by WBMSCL. 3. The contract will be for a one years. Further renewal of Contract will be mutually discussed and agreed upon. The contract may be terminated by either side with a notice of 3(three) months. 4. The agency should have to submit service report for each machine and maintain log book.

• The system shall be ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 2017 tested with at least a MERV 15 rating and an ISO 16890 ePM 1.0 90%. • Each central air cleaner modules should be UL certified and not components or individual parts. The central air cleaner must be listed and certified by a US OSHA set standards duly implemented through NRTL accredited labs such as Intertek, Underwriters Limited, etc. to ensure safety and compliance with no consumable media filter. • The central air cleaner performance must be tested from a ASHRAE compliant from an International Lab third-party testing laboratory to confirm CME (Composite Minimum Efficiency) meeting following criteria: Particle Size CME 0.3 to 0.4 μm 90% • The failure to submittal the certifications along with the submittal shall lead to rejection of the product. • For safety & security no arching, popping noise should occur during dust test. Also there should be no residual charge to avoid any shock risks. • The UV-C lamp must be CE certified and shatterproof with a US FDA 21 CFR 175.300 compliant coating for breakage protection. • The system shall meet EUROVENT ePM 1.0 80% requirement and ASHRAE guideline for UV-C application for SARS-CoV-2 inactivation. • The system should have a UL certified inbuilt pneumatic sensor allowing it to work as a controller (optional). It must automatically detect airflow and the capability to interface with the building management system. If the HVAC system is turned ON and the airflow is detected, then the output power should be available to the system, otherwise the system shall automatically turn off for the protection of service personnel. Providing & Fixing Gypsum Ceiling which includes G.I Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition at 600mm centre. G.I Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to 1.5m height by fixing it to the soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and or Rawl Plug- 8x45mm creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. G.I Intermediate channel is fixed to the G.I Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement or with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 metal to metal screw .The G.I. Ceiling Section is then fixed to the G.I. Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. Single layer of 12.5mm thick Plain Gypsum board is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape. Serrated steel section has effective thickness of 2T (2xdepth), better load carrying capacity, enhanced screw retention, Improved acoustic performance & fire resistance as compared to plain steel section. Cost should be inclusive of necessary cutouts for light fixtures, speakers, sprinklers, any other services etc. The rate shall also include providing perimeter channel for grills, lights, diffusers as called for in HVAC and Electrical Drawings. The rate shall also include providing for edge/angle bits at all corners, necessary taping, filling with jointing compound as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete including labours, tools, tackels in all respects and as directed by the Project Engineer.
