PUF Panelled Door - For HVAC Room Supplying and fixing of 60 mm thick PUF insulated panel door suitable for HVAC room application, complete with heavy-duty stainless steel hinges, EPDM rubber gaskets for air-tight sealing, and necessary hardware for smooth and secure operation. The PUF door panel shall be constructed with factory-finished pre-coated galvanized steel or stainless steel outer skin, injected with CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation of 40 ±2 kg/m³ density. The total door thickness shall be 60 mm, ensuring proper thermal insulation and air-tightness suitable for HVAC environments. The door shall include heavy-duty SS hinges, SS handles, and lockset of approved make, along with EPDM weather seal gaskets fixed around the perimeter to ensure proper sealing. The frame shall be fabricated from powder-coated GI or SS section as per approved design. All complete as per approved drawings or manufacturer’s specifications and as instructed by the Department Engineer.

Annual Comprehenssive Maintenance of Programmable Logic controller with main components like power, processor, input & output cards, an open protocol for interface with the BMS systems. PLC to be complete as per specs installed inside the Main Switchgear MCC panel. The PLC shall have a FULL MODBus / BACnet / Eithernet interface facility with the Central BMS system. Scope to include the Gateway or converter, Communication module, HVAC software in addition to the standard features.Minimum Specifications of a Controller are as follows : a) 10 x analogue inputs for CO or other pollutant sensors. (0-20mA, 0-5V and 0-10V input available). b) 16 x digital inputs for fan run/fault status.c) 1 x emergency alarm (i.e. fire) digital signal inputs. d) MODBUS, BACnet and other protocols for supervisory connection with BMS system.
