Supply & fixing of HVAC grade copper pipe of following sizes for liquid and gas line between ODU and IDU (Make - Ryoku/Nippon):-

Supply & Installation of HVAC grade 5/8"(for suction) & 1/4"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including shaddle,screw, insulation tape, fastner etc for above AC machine as per direction of EIC.

Deploying Manpower for Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Installations for Internal & External Electrification, DG Sets, Transformers, Earthing and Lightning, HVAC System, HT & LT Panels, Water Processing Unit, Water Coolers with RO, Lift, EOT Cranes, Area Lighting, IP Surveillance System, Access Control System,BMS, and other allied items with all other auxiliaries as per detailed scope of work as per details mentioned in Annexure-II to VI as applicable for round the clock on all Days including Sundays & Holidays for DATA CENTER (NON-IT) AT ARYABHATA, RCI HYDERABAD Note : VDA Reimbursement a) The Manpower estimate mentioned in the BOQ is only for indicative purpose as it includes variable DA. Hence, the Manpower salaries per month will be paid as per actuals. The VDA will be Reimbursed every month. b) The minimum wages of Highly Skilled, Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Unskilled – as per the prevailing wages of CLC updated time-to-time shall be applicable for the manpower to be deployed in the site. Over and above the below wages all statutory payments shall also be paid by the bidder viz. EPF, ESI, Bonus, VDA, Insurance for Non-ESI members along with Uniform and Shoe allowance.

Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF system including refnet joints etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber class 'O' of K-Flex,Armacell,A-Flex with UV barrier film as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the department/hvac consultant in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRF system. all piping shall be run in cable trays in interior and for exterior there shall be a cable tray both at the bottom and the top. all support system required for the installation of cable trays in interior or exterior shall be in the scope of the HVAC contarctor and nothing extra shall be paid for it. All HVAC piping , drainage and Cabling etc shall run at a height of 6 inches below RCC slab or as per site requirment on continuous cable tray of appropriate sizes. all beams shall be core cut to allow for passage of pipes etc & filled back with expanded polyurethene foam or any cement or plaster. rates quoted are inclusive of core cutting etc complate in all all respects including painting in desired colour. on exterior side the cable tray shall be mounted on top & bottom side for added protection.
