[iv] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer. (v) Motorized, spring return type, combination fire and smoke damper. (vi) Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position.
Condemnation and Replacement of Central AC Plant in MIRC Building at INMAS, Delhi
Design of Central AC Plant including all related drawings / Layout in all complete in consultation with User / CCE and all designs / drawings shall be got vetted by expert HVAC Approved Member of HVAC Society. All designs / drawings shall be submitted to competent Authority for final approval of CCE before the execution of work. Agency have to supply and replace all the faulty spares including controllers, wires,cables panels etc. as per OEM recommendations complete all as required as per specifications.
