HVAC - VRV SYSTEM Lifting & Shifting, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of floor mounted top / side discharge type AC Outdoor unit with Variable refrigerant flow system with required indoor units, refrigerant piping, refnet connection, individual controller, Necessary integrator for BMS with open protocol. The quote for the work should include necessary, lifting charges for mounting the Condensing units with rubber pads, first charge of 410A refrigerant and mounting of indoor units and other accessories. The outdoor unit shall be factory assembled, weather proof casing, constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels and coated with baked enamel finish. The unit should be completely factory wired, tested with all necessary controls. The outdoor unit shall be modular in design and should be allowed for side by side installation. Each modular inverter outdoor shall be having minimum 1 digltal scroll / inverter & 1 fixed scroll compressors , Heat exchanger, condenser fan etc., capable to operate at 3 Phase, 415 +/- 10 % Volts, 50hz power supply. The unit shall be provided with its own microprocessor control panel & electrical compartment with all necessary electrical and control components. Gas charging of VRF/VRV system with R410A refrigerant gas. Before gas charging system shall be flushed with high purity Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with Refrigerant Gas. Thereafter System shall be tested with Nitrogen Gas at 1.5 Times of working pressure of R410 Refrigerant Gas to ensure leakproof system. Whole system shall be Vacuumed up to 500-micron level which ensures the zero-moisture content level in piping to ensure better cooling efficiency and long life of the system.
