Carrying out works viz. site supervision, taking measurements of work done, assistance in preparation of bills, preparation and maintaining work & site related documents etc. and works related to Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, Administration, structural, HVAC & architectural drawings etc. overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Reduction shall be made from the bills as below per day basis on respective items on requirement as per BOQ:- (a) In the event of less requirement by the Department: Proportionately in measurements/payments (b) In the event of deficiency in deployment by the agency: Proportionately in measurements/payments and penalty will be imposed as per Appendix V to NIT 2. Manpower shall be deployed within 15 days from the date of request by EIC/issue of letter of award. 3. Police Verification Certificate and valid medical certificate from registered MBBS doctor shall be obtained by the contractor for the deployed staff. 4. For measurement purposes, manpower deployed for 26 days-8 hours shift per day shall be considered as one month. 5. In case of emergency works/exigencies, the manpower has to stay longer (more than 8 hours shift) ocassionally as per the instructions of EIC. No additional payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. 6. The manpoower shall be deployed in general shift, round the clock shift including sundays, holidays as decided by EIC. 7. Contractor shall provide maximum one week (or any other period as directed by NFC) break to the deployed manpower in staggered manner over a period of time as per NFC policy. No payment/compensation/penalty shall be made to the contractor in this regard.
