Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CHILLER PLANT OPTIMIZER (CPO) along with IP Based DDC controllers and BMS System Licensed Software chiller optimiser including all sensors and licensed software with open protocol. The plant optimizer should be able to operate with following 1. Three Chillers with provisoin for two additional chiller 2. Three Chiller isolation valves with provisoin for two additional valves 3. Two Cooling tower with provisoin for two additional CT 4. Primary pumping system 5. Secondary pumping system 6. Condenser pumping system The scope shall include i) PC - Intel I7 +Processor with min 1 TB HDD, min 8 GB RAM, with Enhanced graphic Card, Windows OS License suitable to Licensed BMS software or any latest version of OS with Anti virus, ii) 22" colour monitor flat screen LED display, iii) Necessary Licensed Software's to run the CPO iv) DDC Controllers, v) IP based uplink port switch vi) Necessary Cables (CAT 6, armoured communication), conduit/ cable tray within plant room vii) Sensor & Field Devices of following type should be considered a) Ultrasonic clamp-on type flow meter b) Differential Pressure Switch Air for CT fans c) Differential Pressure Switch Water for Pumps d) Pressure Transmitter e) Immersion Temperature Sensor with Thermowell ( Across Chiller +2 Header) f) Water level switch CT g) Water level sensor for Make up tanks h) Water pressure sensor i) Outside Air Temperature & Humidity Sensor

Operation & Maintenance (routine and preventive) and Breakdown Maintenance of all the Machinery and Equipment (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Electrical Panels, Cabling, Piping etc.) installed at Central HVAC plant of IIT Indore. Deputation of following manpower included: a) Engineer (Highly Skilled) - 1 Nos. (General shift of all working days) b) Operator (Skilled) - 3 Nos. (2 shift all days of the week) c) Helper (Unskilled) - 3 Nos. (2 Shift all days of the week) Note: The cost included deputation of 7 manpower (including reliever) deployed by the contractor in suitable shift duties on a daily basic. A minimum of 6 personnel must be required to be present daily for a period of 365 days. (Also, the cost included of :- employee’s contribution to EPF, ESIC, WC Policy, LWC, uniforms, tools etc. as per statutory rules.)
