Material and Labour for prepration of old decorated wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Painting work will be carried out at height 10-20 mtr from ground level.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying two coats of wall care putty exterior grade to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M & L for painting the new WALL surface complete all as specified and directed as follows :- (a) Surface Preparation- Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls (b) Putty application- Applying a thin layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth and even finish after rubbing with emery paper (c) Priming surface- Applying one coat of alkali resistant primer (d) Painting- Applying two coats of oil bound distemper. Note for Item No 5 to 10 & 12 to 26 (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. emulsion Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding required and safety equipment reqired as per safety norms. (c) Stage for Preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. (d) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (e) Items used for periodical works shall be premium quality.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Both anchor and chain have to be lowered, scrapped and grit blasted to SA 2.5. All the joining shackles (4 nos. each side) are to be opened and overhauled. The chain to be calibrated and to submit the report for survey by IRS surveyor. Both anchor and chains to be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint by airless spray. After finishing the paint work, connect the joining shackle and mark with white/red paint and seizing wire. Hoist both anchors in position and secure properly . paint PPA supply.
