13 Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. M & L for painting to existing complete STP system, 2x250KLD capacity made out of MS/Steel structural sewage treatment plant with one coat of epoxy paint (weather proofing paint) after necessary cleaning, preparation of internal and external surfaces of complete sewage treatment plant by using spray gun machine complete in all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Manpower for the painting work shall be arranged by the contractor, so that the job can be completed within 01 x working day to avoid any fuctional issue of STP. (ii) Contractor has to submit schedule of painting for both internal and external surfaces separately alongwith workmen and T & P details for smooth functioning STP. (iv) Contractor has to take written permission 03 days in advance before deputing T & P and labour to work site for painting internal wall surfaces of various tanks/componants of STP. In any case contractor brought workmen without permission of Engr-in-Charge, he will be fully responsible for labour loss/waste/under utilization and no additional payment will be made to this effect.)

32 The quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing and erecting temporary barricading of height as per above 'Guidelines for Air Pollution mitigation' (but minimum 10 feet height) using structural steel (MS Pipes or angle iron frame work etc.), covered with tin / GI sheets of approved colour & shade, Struts, MS Clamps, Bracing etc. and shall have wicket gate & material gate and including writing and painting of direction & instructions, providing glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape etc. Prior written approval of Engineer-in-Charge of the sketch/ drawing showing details of barricading shall be obtained by the contractor. The barricading shall be provided and retained in position at site continuously during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour, materials, equipments and works required to execute the job such as earth work, concrete, welding etc. After completion of work, Contractor shall remove and take away the barricading at his own cost with the prior approval of Engineer-In-Charge. The entire work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. No work shall be allowed unless the barricading is completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The Contractor shall submit a certificate for completion of barricading along with 1st RA bill after certifying by Engineer-in-Charge for releasing the payment.
