S&T work in connection with Construction of a Loop Line for 3rd Line and one sick siding of length 70 M. at Talaburu.
Installation, commissioning of track circuit on Straight Portion of Track (without involving points and crossings) as per Drawing No. SK/DRG/OL/27 or latest and track bonding plan. The work includes drilling of 9/32" hole on Rails, provision of bonding, fixing and painting of Track Lead Junction Boxes, termination of tail cables, termination of Track lead wires, double Jumper wires, Installation & wiring of track feed set (Track Charger, Adjustable Resistance, choke coil, fuses, battery, relays etc.), testing of Glued/Block Joints and also lettering/numbering of track lead junction boxes, block joints and track circuits. This also includes transportation of all materials required for the above installation. Note: Track feed set, bonding wires, TLJB, channel pin, tail cable to be supplied by Railway. Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Mtr depth along with laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from bottom of the rail/Road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The work shall be done as per extant practice & 33 instructions of site engineer. Preparation of site for Horizontal Boring shall be carried out in presence o f Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railway. Note:- Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.
Manufacture and supply of 60 kg (60E1) rails of R260 and R350 HT Grade in connection with Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC) Project.
Delivery of 60 Kg long rail panels of R260 and R 350 HT grade from manufacturing plant/yard including loading in EUR rakes & delivery at locations as specified in the table. The agency shall make arrangement of EUR rakes for transportation of rails, transit insurances up to the destination. All necessary coordination with the Railways for transportation of the rails from the plant to the Patli Station of Rewari-Delhi line of Delhi Division of Northern Railway and from Patli Station to the specified Block section of HORC shall be made by the agency. The item includes cost of loading, transportation, coordination with the Zone/Division of Indian Railways, all taxes and other incidental charges for delivery of the rail panels at specified locations.

Laying and dressing of U/G 33 kV, 3*300 sqmm XLPE cable with double circuit configuration below Railway track crossing into 160mm HDPE Pipe by Horizontal drilling method. The cable loop shall be duly protected by Ist class bricks, sand & saparate stone slab. The work includes supplying of fine sand & bricks & stone slab and refilling and ramming of the left out soil and leveling. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends as per norms (All required materials likes sand, bricks & stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor)
