Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.0 mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid to trench by loose soil for a layer 13 of 50mm thickness after clearing of route, bushes etc. It shall be ensured that top of the cables laid is at a depth of 0.8 m or more. If it is less, then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, proportionate payment will be made as per procedure. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & the instruction of Railway engineer at site. Drg No SK 805
(i) Track Maintenance works in the SSE/P.way/TPJ section for a period of two years, (ii) Collection and disposal of garbage and debris in the SSE/P.way/TPJ section for a period of two years and (iii) Outsourcing of critical P.Way monitoring items in the entire TPJ division for a period of one year.
500.00 block using Railway's welding portion & Welder and finishing of weld to meet the prescribed tolerances and pass all stipulated tests with all required labour, materials, consumables, tools, equipments etc. to complete the work in all respect as per IR's "Manual for Fusion Welding of Rails by Alumino - Thermic Process" with latest correction slips, including marking of welded joint, painting weld collar with anticorrosive paint, restoration of track near weld joint to original position and fixing of joggled fish plate at new weld, to be removed after passing of weld in USFD test as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Only welding portion and related accessories as per Annexure - I and Welder shall be supplied by Railways. 2. Hydraulic Weld trimmer shall be used for chipping and profile Grinder for finishing. 3. Required nos. of Joggled fish plates shall be supplied by Railway at nearest P. Way Stores and the same shall be returned at nearest P. Way Store or at other location as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge after release from track. Picking up of slacks in track of all sleeper density, duly opening up ballast, gauging, alignment, correcting longitudinal & cross levels, packing, boxing of ballast and dressing the same under traffic conditions as per procedure prescribed in latest edition of IRPWM and as directed by Engineer in- charge. Note: In-charge section Engineer should identify locations requiring packing and obtain prior approval of DEN/XEN before execution of the work when there is no Zonal Track Maintenance agency deployed in the section.

Preparation of yard plan including Drainage plan for station yard and working out the actual gradient of lines within yard. P.way plan prepared to scale 1:1000 double line or single line in approved colour scheme and in sheet size whose width is equal to that of the width of standard A0 size sheet viz. 841 mm and length as required for maintaining the scale of drawing, duly conducting survey using DGPS INSTRUMENT for collecting all the details inside railway boundary duly marking boundary line and all details as found necessary for preparation of plan duly demarcating key reference points used for survey permanently on ground, under traffic conditions without causing any hindrance/damage to Railway's property,traffic, staff and traveling public,developing and plotting through computer aided machinery showing all the statutory details such as layout, lines,sidings, curves, SEJs,FPs, Trap switches,Points and Crossings,level crossings, sub-ways, bridges,embankment/cutting,signals with designation, Traction masts with nos.,washing pits, cabins,distinctly showing the various Gauges,platforms, aprons,covered ways with location of 01 stanchions,location and orientations of name boards, carriage watering hydrants,goods shed and goods platform, wells,over head water tanks/ground level reservoirs, pump houses, alignment of Open drains, inspection chambers, Manholes,collection wells, toilet blocks, bathing cubicles,electric posts, electric lamp posts, live trees,major electrical installations, gradientposts, hectometer posts, kilometer posts,the outer measurement of station building andother buildings situated in the vicinity of the station Yard, main entries and exits of the station, fencing,compound wall within the boundary of the station yard, also any roads, buildings etc laying outside the station yard but immediately adjacent there to and marking any other details required by the Engineer's representative at site more expressible detailed in annexure 'A' and submitting two copies in each of initial plots on plain paper sheets to the Railways for verification,collecting the certified rough plot from railways, developing and plotting the certified plan, supplying to the Railways One copy in each of plots on good quality of tracing paper (95 to 100gsm) and soft copy of the work, and supplying the output details in a Pendrive in a compatibleformat (CIVIL 3D) for keeping in safe custody,maintaining backup copies and installing security systems etc, by Railway, returning all the input details,paperwork, calculation sheets, sketches,drawings, plots involved in this work to railways and as per specialconditions of contract vide annexure 'B' with all labour, materials,lead, lift, descent, tools and plant, survey equipments,instruments, systems,machinery,consumables,stationeries, technical supervision charges,required technical software applications,conveyance charges,taxes, surveying,developing and plotting charges, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative. (b) contour survey work Conducting Contour survey using DGPS survey equipment inside the Railway Boundary land covering areas andtaking spot levels in 3mx 3m grid (Closer grids may be adopted in locations where abrupt/sudden level differences are observed) and submission of contour maps with a contour interval of 0.2m(Station yard)"
