Each JHANSI DIVISION-ENGG/NORTH CENTRAL RLY 25mm gap 'in-situ' welding during traffic block using Railway's welding portion and finishing of weld to meet the prescribed tolerances and pass all stipulated tests with all required labour, materials, consumables, tools, equipments etc. to complete the work in all respect as per IR's "Manual for Fusion Welding of Rails by Alumino - Thermic Process" with latest correction slips, including marking of welded joint, painting weld collar with anticorrosive paint, restoration of track near weld joint to original position and fixing of joggled fish plate at new weld, to be removed after passing of weld in USFD test as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Welding portion and related accessories as per Annexure - I shall be supplied by Railways. All other items required shall be supplied by the Contractor. 2. Welding shall be carried out only by trained welder having valid competency certificate. 3. Hydraulic Weld trimmer shall be used for chipping and profile Grinder for finishing. 4. Required nos. of Joggled fish plates shall be supplied by Railway at nearest P. Way Stores and the same shall be returned at nearest P. Way Store or at other location as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge after release from track.

Complete Indoor wiring testing & commissioning of station / LC Gate. This includes: (i) Prewiring & fixing of all base plates as per approved wiring diagram. (Supply of relay base covered in schedule 'A'. Excess quantity of base plate, if required will be supplied by Railways, prewiring of which will be done by the contactor.) (ii) Fixing of Relay groups on relay racks. (iii) Soldering of tag block terminals, dressing of wires as per approved rack arrangements/ Circuit diagrams. (iv) Wiring on bus bar, fuse base condenser , resistance etc. as per wiring diagram. (v) Wiring on Relay rack to relay rack via IDF, IDF to CT rack in relay room. (vi) Wiring on panel tag block shall be repeated on tag blocks located on IDF & CT rack in relay room. (vii) Wiring between control panel room & relay room. (viii) Supply of simulation panel, which shall be separate for each station and shall be left after commissioning. (ix) Provision 200 way tag blocks for data logger and providing jumpers between voltage free terminals on relay racks and data loggers, tag block with 0.6 sq mm cable. (x) Wiring 21 between Integrated power supply and data logger tag block with one square mm /0.6 sq mm cable as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (xi) Wiring of key lock arrangement at SM's office/ site & Earth leakage detectors. (xii) Wiring of block instruments from CT rack to block instrument terminals and includes supply & laying of indoor cables for this purpose as per standard arrangements. (xiii) All wiring & wiring materials necessary to complete Station/ LC gate (Within station limit) Installation but not cover in the schedule anywhere. (xiv) Writing of description on all relays & other indoor equipments Note: All wiring shall be done as per std. practice of Railways with neat dressing & threading. Detailed testing will include functional testing, selection table, locking table and cross sheet testing with the help of operating panel and simulation panel in the presence of railway officials to their satisfaction. a copy tested selection table, locking table and cross sheet duly signed by contactor to be submitted to field office for record. This included supply of lamps for simulation panel for testing. Note: Contactor will Put sufficient Staff to carry out the testing round the clock, if desired by Railway Engineer and will ensure that any alteration which become necessary during testing are carried out & testing is repeated wherever required .

Maps Sqm ownership rights of Railway and available Railway land plans for complete width/area of Railway land, computerizing the tippans/FMB's and generating a Railway land boundary map as per revenue records of state, computerizing the available railway and plans and checking both sets of boundary maps for confirmity of railway boundary, doing accurate cadastral and field survey to verify the contents of field land village/City map sheets and railway land plansas well as Railway land boundary maps developing above duly recording the mandatory field details for location of boundary such as one UP or one DN main through line and a few important land marks/structures(at lease oneper KM) and adjacent properties (Revenue Sr.No) along the Railway boundary. Obtaining authentication of Railway land boundary. In amanner acceptable to the state survey & Land record department which will be kept as a record standing legal scrutiny. Preparing final hard copy of Railway land boundary map in scale 1:1000 with details as record during survey in above which will be used by railway officials to locate their land boundary and other land assets with respect to UP & DN main through line & important permanent landmarks/structures preparing a customized geographic/land information system to suit. "Preparation and submission of Architectural plans along with other relevant papers etc. as per Railways requirement in connection with provision of Central Control and Command Centre including preparation of working drawings showing elevation , sections , road /circulating area, landscaping of the area , gates, grills, cup boards, toilets, staircase railing, doors ,windows, ventilators, electrical point positions , S&T point positions , firefighting arrangements , indoor AC positions, false ceiling , wall paneling , lighting arrangements etc. and other specified works related to the above scope as per requirement of Railway administration time to time including submission 2 of Architectural Drawing showing interior and exterior finish. The architect should be certified from Council of Architect. The item includes preparation and submission of completion plans showing detailed drawings of the related items of all the jobs mentioned above for the floors, rooms, toilets, gallery, lift lobbies, circulating area etc. as instructed by Railway Administration time to time. Nothing shall be paid extra whatsoever the case may be. The completed drawings duly signed shall be submitted in two sets in soft/hard copies. The architect has to submit presentation in ppt format as and when asked by Railway Administration. The architect has to visit at the site at least once in a week during execution of work or as and when required by Railway Administration otherwise penalty of Rs. 5000 /- per day shall be levied on the Architect.
