Design and supply of the following drawings Set to office records as per requirement of the Railways. This includes alteration at different stages and finally supply of all the drawings including tracings within 30 days or as defined in the tender document from the date of commissioning of the work, otherwise penalty to be imposed as per tender document. Office record if online maintenance is not implemented includes the following: (i) Battery History book, (ii) Track Circuiting Register, (iii) Track circuit maintenance Register, (iv) Cable Meggering Register, (v) Signal History Register, (vi) LED Register, (vii) Glued joint/ Block joint Register, (viii) Point machine Maintenance Register, (ix) Joint Inspection Register such as P. Way, Electrical & Signal, (x) Relay Register, (xi) Route cancellation Register, (xii) Relay Room Key Register, (xiii) Emergency Point operation Register, (xiv) Crank Handle Register, (xv) Emergency Route Cancellation Register, (xvi) Axle counter reset register, etc. (xvii) Supply and preparation of SIP Where required. Note:- (i) All the diagram will be made on Auto CAD. The paper size of wiring diagram will be A-3 or as per IRSEM or as per IRSEM. Soft Copy/AUTOCAD file of all drawings to be submitted alongwith paper drawing. Wiring diagram will be made in 'Black colour'. Alteration to wiring diagram will be done using 'RED' and 'Green' colouring scheme. RED = new equipment/ contact to be installed or commissioned. GREEN = redundant equipment/ contact to be recovered. Casting and installation of single/twin RCC cum box of all sizes with or without common web section after supporting the track on temporary girders including design of pushing scheme, thrust bed, casting of all RCC components, with specified grade of controlled concrete, pushing it in correct position and alignment below Railway track/Road following all measures of track safety by 'Air pushing technique" as per approved drawings/scheme, in all types of soils with disposal of surplus earth away from vent up to 1 Km, fixing arrangement f o r all services & utilities including parapet walls on both sides, wearing course, foot paths, plaques, drainage arrangements etc. and all other incidental w o r k s to complete the ROB/RUB/Canal crossing in all respect as per specifications to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. N o t e : (1) The rate includes all items of work/supplies for complete job in all respects except "cost of Reinforced cement concrete, cement, reinforcement & shuttering" of (i) main RCC Box; (ii) Thrust Bed; (iii) Footpath (iv) Parapet wall and (v) wearing Course only, which shall be paid extra under relevant items of USSOR. Proposed signalling arrangements in connection with creation of Maintenance facilities for conventional /3-phase MEMU rakes at Tiruchchirappalli (TPJ) -Phase I (GOC work)
Provision of DC Single/ Double rail track circuit to suit RE/ Non-RE areas as per approved signaling plan using Plug-in type track relays. This work includes provision of double 78 bonding, and parallel jumpers, provision of bond wire clips, provision of track lead connections using 2c X 2.5 sq.mm cable, provision of TLD boxes 2 Nos. at Relay end, 2 Nos. at Feed end and 2 No's for parallel jumpers as necessary to suit layouts, for each Track Circuit, and termination of jumpers and tail cables in track lead junction boxes, installation of relays, track feed battery chargers to charge up to 4 cells, track feed resistance, 'B' type choke' and secondary cells - 80 AH capacity in apparatus cases and wiring with wire PVC 3/0.75mm copper. The work also includes painting of track Circuit No. with Feed end/ Relay end details on the TLD boxes. The work also includes provision of insulations for gauge tie plates and nose crossing plates wherever required. (Provision of rail joint insulation is not covered in this schedule.)(Uninsulated gauge type plate and nose crossing plate will be supplied by Railways. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:1.Including supply of all the accessories required for installation. The supplier shall take up installation, wiring, testing and commissioning with minimum one- month prior notice period from Railways. 2.All the required cables/ Miscellaneous items like wooden plank, ladder etc. for installation and commissioning shall be supplied as part of the work. 3.Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SPDs (class B&C) are covered in scope of this work. 4.
