S&F in replacement of Water proof light fitting 5/6 Watts in colourful light, 240Volts, 50 Hz suitable for fountain light fitting complete all as specified.

Disconnecting of water connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 300 ltrs per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union, sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/ desludging, cleaning and washing of the solar panel, hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and re-assembling the panel including welding of collector fins as required. (c) Painting of staging, solar panel frame, hot water tank frame with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description (e) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
