Description:- Supply, replacement, fixing, testing, connecting and commissioning of 72 Watt or above LED street lights fittings as per IS:10322. LED Luminaries:-(1) A complete LED lighting unit consisting of a light source and potted driver together with parts of distribute lights, to position and protect the light source, and to connect the light source to a branch circuit. The light source itself may be an LED array and LED module, or an LED lamp. (2): -Supplied LED luminaries shall confirm to IS:16101 (2012) IS :16106(2012). Light Source (LED) in the Luminaries should be of make: - (1): - NICHIA/ CREE/OSRAM/ SEOUL/ PHILIPS/LUMILEDS /LEDNIUM. (2): -LEDs to IS:16105(2012). IS:16108(2012), IEC:62471. Type LED: - High power LED, SMD (Surface Mounting device)/COB (Clip on board). 1.Input operating voltage: -105-295 V AC.2: - Normal Voltage-220V AC, 3. Driver type: constant current driver with short circuit protection. 4.LED life: - >50000 burning hours. 5. Depreciation: - 30% max. after 50000 burning hours. 6.Control of distribution:-Full cut off. 7.Surge

Supply and transportation of 33W LED Street light Body made of high grade pressure die – cast Aluminium alloy with corrosion resistant powder coat, having protective toughened glass cover / temperature protective custom molded polycarbonate diffuser, Thermal shock and impact resistant IK07 fixed to the housing by SS screws Suitable lense on LEDs, Less Glare, IP 66 (Silicon gasket ensures Optical & Electrical compartments are IP 66) protected, wide operating voltage range, P.F > 0.90, System having efficacy >120 lumens / watt, with Ingress protection IP66, BIS approved Potted driver, Driver surge protection >10KV, THD70, Inbuilt Electrical protections like Over voltage, short circuit, Over load, Open Circuit, Miswiring, etc complete with BIS certification with 5 years warranty. Supply & fixing LED street light 90 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed. Notes: Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

S&F in repair street light fitting LED type 90 watts with Pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and including driver unit etc. including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Cat Part No. CRP-411-90-57-SL-GL-NSG of Crompton or equivalent model of makes as mentioned in "List of Makes" of Particular Specification of the Tender Documents.
